about 16,<br \/>at first as preparation for the army and later because I became addicted to silence,<br \/>to time without thoughts, to my time with myself, running became my psychologist,<br \/>and so the distances grew and grew because I was looking for more and more of this silence..<br \/>About a year and a half ago I was in an intensive program aiming to get under 3 hours in a marathon,<br \/>I wanted, invested, enjoyed and was also really close,<br \/>then just before the starting line came 7.10.23,<br \/>when it arrived the plans changed,<br \/>I stopped running after a personal goal,<br \/>I started running after the goals of the people of Israel and the State of Israel,<br \/>months that I spent in Gaza without running..<br \/>When I left, I tried to re-enter the program and again I was called up for the reserves, this time in Gabalya,<br \/>and again a program and again reserves, this time in Lebanon,<br \/>after Lebanon I decided that this time was enough.<br \/>I will not let them beat me!<br \/>I started training for a 50 km race in the Dead Sea (as you can see, the distances kept getting longer..)<br \/>Tomorrow morning I will go to the Israeli 50 km championship (don't worry, I won't finish first, don't worry.)<br \/>No matter what the result is, for me this race is a victory,<br \/>my victory, ours of the people of Israel over Hamas.<br \/>During the war, I learned that we are fighting against subhumans who define their nation as a &quot;death industry&quot;,<br \/>The people of Israel are a people who love life more than they love death and that is why we are here.<br \/>At 7:10, the subhumans went out into the fields of the envelope and attacked everyone they saw in their path, the Nuba revelers, farmers, kibbutz members and groups of runners,<br \/>The envelope is a center of attraction for runners who go out into the open fields to breathe air,<br \/>them too were murdered by the subhumans.<br \/>We love life and that is why we are here and continue with the simple normality of life,<br \/>continue running.<br \/>So that we can continue running, there are many who gave their lives,<br \/>One of those many is Nati Alfasi,<br \/>SMGD 202 in the paratroopers,<br \/>I first met Nati at home in the Rimal neighborhood of Gaza,<br \/>and from there to months of fighting together.<br \/>Nati had a captivating smile, a kindness that flowed from him in every direction,<br \/>a pleasant and gentle look,<br \/>and yet he was a professional who did not give up the sting of iodine,<br \/>out of love for life he demanded the maximum from everyone around him.<br \/>Nati was killed while leading his fighters in battle,<br \/>at his funeral, Nati's friend Shalom called out to everyone, &quot;Be Nati&quot;<br \/>a call to live life to the fullest, to be better every day anew.<br \/>I dedicate this run,<br \/>a run of life to all those thanks to whom I can run<br \/>and especially to
